The Sales and Transfer Office is responsible for selling and transferring apartments at Morningside Gardens. They assure that all prospective purchasers and sellers are assisted to the greatest degree possible with the sale of a unit. The Sales Manager prepares and oversees all documents connected with these transactions. The office is responsible for maintaining an updated waiting list, sublet and roomer transactions and all databases and paperwork connected with these activities. It helps the prospective shareholder liaison with all appropriate committees and departments from the beginning of the sale process to its completion.
